PENDING PAYMENTS

If you wish to complete your order via PayPal eCheck, we are unable to ship your order until the payment has been received. It can take up to 5 business days to process the payment - if you wish to avoid delays in postage, use another checkout option we offer.

 

REFUND POLICY

Teeth whitening results and the rapidness of these results will differ depending on the person. Some users may require an increased amount of treatments depending on the toughness of teeth stains.

Jewel Teeth are only able to offer refunds to the consumer if the product itself is faulty or defective and we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

You are eligible for this refund within 7 days of receiving the order and only if the condition of the product appears to be faulty or defective. If you do wish to receive a refund, we ask that the product is returned to us in its original condition, including instruction cards, shade guides and all other inclusions of the product, we cannot offer refunds for partial returns. We will not be able to offer a refund if you have already used the LED Light, silicone mouth tray and whitening gels – we advise you leave them in original condition if any of these appear to be faulty.  If you fail to comply with these terms you will NOT be eligible for a refund. 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@jewelteeth.com to have your refund processed if you have complied with the above conditions.

We are so confident in our product that we’re offering a 30 day money back guarantee if you don’t achieve results up to at least two shades whiter!

In the unlikely event you do not achieve results using your Jewel Teeth Whitening products, please read below for the following conditions.

  1. Take a clear photo of your teeth before using our whitening kit*
  2. Use the kit exactly as directed in our instruction guide/how to videos
  3. Once you have completed all three teeth whitening gels, (over a 6 day treatment) take a clear photo of your teeth afterwards*
  4. Provide another image of your used product as well and then submit all three images within the 30 days after receiving our product
  5. Once this is approved, we will process your refund back to your account 

*Please take before/after photos in same or similar lighting condition so we can identify extra accuracy in results

*Ensure your before/after photos include valid time stamps

Note: Failure to comply with these conditions will not be approved for a refund.

Jewel Teeth will attempt to make all our product quantities available to order at all times, however, at peak sales times, we will advertise any products as low in quantity before you attempt to purchase and an estimate of the waiting period to receive your order should you continue to purchase.

We are not liable if your results differ to others as everyone may achieve a various amount of results. We recommend you regularly use this product if you wish to maintain the whiteness of your teeth.

Note: Our product does not serve its intended use on false teeth, caps, crowns, fillings and veneers. Our product is not recommended for use by people under the age of 12. Please seek medical advice prior to use if pregnant. Please seek medical or dental advice prior to use if you have known gum and oral problems. Do not swallow. Avoid gel contact with skin and eyes. Rinse skin and eyes thoroughly if you experience contact with the gel. Contact with skin may cause irritation.
